Justin Barlow is an entrepreneur, operator, and investor who currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Investments at the Sei Foundation. Previously, Justin worked as an investor at Solana Ventures where he invested in consumer tech including Decentralized Finance, Infrastructure, and Gaming. Justin is a Venture Partner at Faction VC, and an active angel investor, who also serves as an advisor to gaming studios like Bravo Ready, creators of BR1 Infinite, and organizations like Techstars and the Israeli Blockchain Association.
Previously, Barlow founded New Block Capital, a multi-strategy crypto fund in 2017 and PacificBTM, a crypto ATM service in Southern California, which was acquired in 2021. He has also worked as an analyst at Millennium Management and the University of Southern California's endowment, and as a research analyst at TheTie, a crypto research firm. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California where he studied Economics, Finance, and Political Science.
